Terms of Service

BizSimple is owned and operated by Impartial AI Tech INC ("we", "us"). Our website is https://impartialaitech.com. These terms are the agreement between us and you — the person or business using BizSimple ("you").

By creating an account, or by using BizSimple, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business.

You need an account to use BizSimple. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be accurate.

If you invite other people into your workspace, you are responsible for what they do in it. Anyone you make an admin can change settings that affect your whole business.

Everything you put into BizSimple — your contacts, invoices, documents, sales and messages — is yours. We do not claim ownership of it.

We store it for one reason: to provide the service you signed up for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own purposes. We do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.

You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app. When you close your account, your data is deleted from our live systems, and from our backups as those backups age out on their normal cycle. We do not keep a copy afterwards.

BizSimple is a business tool. Do not use it to:

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with reasonable notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Card payments are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.

You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. We do not refund the remainder of a period you have already paid for unless the law where you live says otherwise, or unless we have plainly failed to provide the service.

Where BizSimple helps you take money from your own customers, that money moves through your own payment account and is between you and them. We are not a party to it, and we do not hold it.

Add-ons are part of BizSimple and are included at no extra cost. We may add, change or retire an add-on; if we retire one you rely on, we will tell you first and you will be able to get your data out.

Connections link BizSimple to services other people run — payment gateways, Google, and so on. Those services have their own terms and their own charges, and we are not responsible for how they behave.

We work hard to keep BizSimple running and to keep your data safe, but no online service is perfect. BizSimple is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described.

You are responsible for keeping your own records where the law requires you to. BizSimple is a tool, not your accountant, your lawyer or your compliance officer.

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue BizSimple entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export everything.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for BizSimple in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can close your account at any time, from Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that has not paid. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

When an account closes, access ends and the data is deleted as described above.

We may update these terms. If a change matters — if it changes what you are agreeing to rather than fixing a typo — we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use BizSimple after that means you accept it.

Every version is dated. The one you accepted is recorded against your account.

These terms are governed by the laws applying to Impartial AI Tech INC, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
