BizSimple's spine is contacts, pipeline and invoices. Everything a particular trade needs beyond that is an add-on — free, turned on by you, and installed into your own CRM rather than bolted alongside it.

Built, tested and in customers' hands.
Point of Sale
LiveTake payment in person, on any device.
A till that runs in the browser. Ring up items from your catalogue, take cash or card, hand over a receipt, and see the day's takings without counting a drawer twice. Sales land against the same customers and reports as everything else.
Public Page & Store
LiveOne public link for your whole business.
A public page for any business: your bio and details, the services you offer, the products you sell, posts and offers — on one link you own. Service businesses show what they do with a way to get in touch; shops let customers browse, order and pay, with the order arriving as a sale and the customer already attached. Paste your website and let AI fill your profile, services and products for you.
Online Booking
LiveLet people book your time without messaging you.
A public page showing what you offer and when you are free. A booking becomes an appointment, the customer becomes a contact, and both of you get a confirmation. Already working quietly behind the scenes — turning this on puts it in front of you.
AI Assistant
LiveA copilot that knows your business.
Ask your CRM anything — who owes you money, what to chase today, what a contact's history looks like — and get an answer from your live data, not a guess. It drafts the reminder, the follow-up, the quote blurb, ready to paste. It reads; you stay in control of what actually sends.
AI Receptionist
LiveAnswer customers on your page, day and night.
An AI receptionist on your public page that answers visitors from what you've published — your services, prices, hours, FAQs — the moment they ask, at 2am or on a Sunday. It only ever states what you've actually put on the page, never a made-up quote, and the second a question needs a real person it hands the conversation straight to your live chat inbox.
Marketing
LiveSay something to the right people, and know it landed.
Build an audience from your own contacts — everyone who bought in the last quarter, everyone who never came back — write once, and send. Campaigns, reusable templates, scheduling, and an honest count of what was delivered.
Landing Pages
LiveCampaign pages built to convert.
Focused, single-purpose pages you point ads, a QR code or a link at — separate from your full profile. A headline, a promise, proof, and one clear call to action, with a lead form that drops every enquiry straight into your CRM. Spin up one per offer or campaign, each on its own link.
Reviews & Reputation
LiveAsk for the review at the moment they are happiest.
When a job is finished or an invoice is paid, ask. Requests go out on your timing, land in one place, and the good ones get a nudge towards wherever you need them publicly. The unhappy ones reach you first, privately.
Loyalty
LiveA reason to come back, without a paper card.
Points or stamps, earned at the till or online and spent the same way. Customers check their balance from a link; you see who your regulars actually are rather than who you assume they are.
Referrals
LiveTurn a recommendation into something you can see.
Give each customer a link worth something to whoever uses it. When a referral turns into a paying customer, both sides get what you promised and you get to know which customers are actually bringing you work.
Automations
LiveWhen something happens, do something automatically.
Wire your CRM together so the routine follow-ups happen on their own. When an invoice is paid, ask for a review. When a job is finished, remind them to rebook. When a new order, message or ticket comes in, get a heads-up or a task. Set the rule once; it runs itself.
Inspections
LiveBuild the checklist once, fill it out on every visit.
The on-site inspection, done properly. Build your own forms — a septic check, a pre-purchase survey, a safety walk — with pass/fail items, measurements, notes and section headings. Fill one out per job against the customer and site, mark an overall result, write a summary, and hand over a clean report you can email as a link. Editing a form never rewrites a report you already signed off.
Stock Control
LiveKnow what you have before a customer asks.
Stock levels that go down when you sell and up when you receive, low-stock warnings before you run out, and stocktakes that record what was actually on the shelf rather than what should have been.
Suppliers & Purchase Orders
LiveThe money going out, tracked like the money coming in.
Who you buy from, what you ordered, what arrived and what it cost. A received order updates stock; an unpaid one shows up next to everything else you owe.
Time Tracking
LiveHours that turn into an invoice by themselves.
Start a timer against a project or log an afternoon after the fact. Approved time becomes invoice lines at the rate you set, so billable work stops being reconstructed from memory on the last day of the month.
Intake Forms
LiveStop retyping what people already told you.
Build a form, share the link, and answers arrive as a contact with the details already filled in — and a deal on the board if it looks like work. Useful for enquiries, onboarding questionnaires and anything you currently ask for over email.
Expenses
LiveThe other half of knowing whether you made money.
Photograph a receipt, categorise it, and see profit rather than just revenue. Expenses can be attached to a project or a client so you know which work was actually worth doing.
SMS Reminders
LiveThe message people actually read.
Appointment reminders and payment nudges by text, for the customers who never open email. Replies come back into one place rather than someone's personal phone.
Help Desk
LiveEvery customer issue in one queue.
Turn scattered emails, calls and chats into tracked tickets you actually close. Each ticket keeps the whole back-and-forth in one thread, carries a status and a priority, and stays in the queue until it's resolved — so nothing a customer asked for slips through the cracks.
Patient Engagement
LiveFill the schedule, and keep patients coming back.
Everything a practice hires a patient-communication platform to do, built onto the calendar and contacts you already have. Ask patients to confirm, remind the ones who are due back, fill a cancellation from a waitlist, message a patient without giving out a personal number, and send intake forms before the visit. Nothing to migrate — your patients are the contacts you already keep.
A marketplace that treats those as one word produces the worst possible outcome: you turn something on, believe you now have it, and find out in front of a customer that you do not.
Point of Sale
Installed · not ready yet
A register
A register is the till itself — its name goes on the receipt and its takings are what you reconcile.
Optional · Card payments
Without it you can still take cash and bank transfer, but not cards.
Every add-on declares what it needs
A till needs something in your catalogue and a register to ring up on. A store needs a business name, because anything a customer sees carries your details and a blank header looks like a scam. These are checked, not assumed.
Gaps are named in your words, with a link that fixes them
Not a red dot. Not a disabled button. A sentence saying what is missing and why it matters, and somewhere to go and sort it out.
Optional is marked optional
Card payments make a store better and are not required to open one. The card says so rather than refusing to install until a card gateway is connected.
You can install before you are ready
Refusing would leave you with a locked door and no way to see what is behind it. You get the add-on, plus a plain list of what it still needs.
Add-ons are part of BizSimple and free. Connections are links out to something you already have a bill for. Both live in the same place, because from your side the question is the same — what else can this do? — but conflating them would leave you wondering which has a charge attached.
Yes. Every one of them is included in what you already pay for BizSimple. There is no add-on tier, no per-add-on charge and no per-seat uplift for turning one on. If we ever charge for something it will be a product, not a switch you already found.
Because a CRM that shows a solicitor a point of sale, and a barber a project planner, is a CRM nobody can find anything in. BizSimple starts small and grows around what you actually do.
It installs into your workspace. The app grows the screens it needs, the tables behind it wake up, and anything it has to connect to is connected. Then it tells you what is still missing before it will work properly.
It goes quiet. The screens go away and nothing new is recorded through it — but nothing is deleted. Yesterday's sales are still yesterday's sales, and turning it back on finds them where you left them.
The owner or an admin. Someone taking the till offline in the middle of a trading day, for everyone, is not a thing a team member should be able to do by accident.
All of them shown here are live today — AI assistant and receptionist, automations, help desk, inspections, landing pages, point of sale, the public page and store, marketing, reviews, loyalty, referrals, inventory, suppliers, time tracking, forms, expenses and more. If anything is still on the roadmap it is marked 'soon', with what it does and what it needs, rather than pretended otherwise.
Every add-on is free, installs in a click, and can be turned off again without losing a thing.
