One product, many languages. BizSimple relabels itself to fit how your business actually works — so a restaurant sees guests and bookings, and a clinic sees patients and appointments, without either of them configuring anything.
23 kinds of business, and counting
See BizSimple for your industry
01 / CONTACTS
The people and businesses you deal with, in one calm list. BizSimple speaks your language, so a restaurant sees guests and a creator sees collabs.
02 / PIPELINE
Track work from first hello to closed and paid. Simple stages, move a card with a tap, and a small celebration when you win.
03 / INVOICES
Send a clean invoice in seconds and get paid with a tap. Card payments run through the platform's gateway.
The whole job, from a new contact to money in the bank, in one calm flow. No tabs to juggle, no manual to read.
Start typing and BizSimple looks through your contacts, pipeline and invoices at once. Jump straight to the record you need in a keystroke.
Drag a card to move a stage
Grab a card and drop it in the next stage, or tap the arrows. From first hello to won and paid, with a small celebration when you close.
Every invoice comes with a clean, secure payment page. Share the link, your customer pays by card or crypto, and BizSimple marks it settled automatically.

BizSimple starts small on purpose. Everything a particular trade needs beyond contacts, pipeline and invoices is an add-on — free, turned on by you, and installed into your own CRM rather than bolted alongside it. Turn one on and the app grows a screen. Turn it off and it goes quiet, keeping everything you recorded through it.
AI Assistant
A copilot that knows your business.
AI Receptionist
Answer customers on your page, day and night.
Inspections
Build the checklist once, fill it out on every visit.
Automations
When something happens, do something automatically.
Help Desk
Every customer issue in one queue.
Landing Pages
Campaign pages built to convert.
Turn on a till with nothing in your catalogue and most software will happily let you walk to a counter and find out. Every BizSimple add-on declares what it needs, checks it against your workspace, and says so in plain words with a link that fixes it.
Point of Sale
Installed · not ready yet
A register
A register is the till itself — its name goes on the receipt and its takings are what you reconcile.
Optional · Card payments
Without it you can still take cash and bank transfer, but not cards.
Free, all of them
Not a tier, not a trial, not per-seat. An add-on is part of what you already pay for.
Off does not mean gone
Turning one off hides it. Yesterday's sales are still yesterday's sales, and turning it back on finds them where you left them.
A real toolbox, live today
AI assistant and receptionist, automations, help desk, inspections, landing pages, marketing, reviews, loyalty, referrals, inventory, suppliers, time tracking, forms and expenses — all here now.
Not a chatbot bolted to the corner. Two assistants grounded in your real workspace — one for you, one for your customers — that answer from what’s actually there and never invent a number.
A copilot that knows your business. Ask who owes you money, what to chase today, or what a customer’s history looks like — and get an answer from your live contacts, deals and invoices, not a guess. It drafts the reminder or the follow-up, ready to paste. It reads; you stay in control of what actually sends.
On your public page, day and night, answering visitors from what you’ve published — your services, prices, hours, FAQs. It only ever states what’s really on the page, never a made-up quote, and the second a question needs a person it hands the whole conversation to your live chat inbox — or opens a help-desk ticket so nothing is lost.
Grounded, not guessing
Answers come from your workspace and your published page — never invented hours, prices or policies.
Read-only by design
It drafts and answers. It never sends, charges or changes anything on its own.
Everywhere it helps
Automations, the help desk, inspections and imports all lean on the same AI — matching columns, routing tickets, drafting follow-ups.
Ring up items from the same catalogue your invoices use. Take cash or card, hand over a receipt, and see the day’s takings without counting a drawer twice. It is a till, and it is free.
This sale
Change $7.22
Money to the cent
A coffee is $4.50. Most CRMs store whole dollars, which is fine for a $4,500 invoice and useless at a counter. BizSimple's catalogue keeps the real price, so the till charges what the sign says.
A double tap cannot charge twice
Every cart carries a key covering what is in it. Press Complete twice, lose your connection and retry, and the same sale is recorded once. Add a muffin first and it is a different sale, charged properly.
Tax after the discount
The order every tax authority expects, and the order that stops discounted customers being overcharged. Each register carries its own rate, so two locations can differ.
Stock counted down as you sell
On anything you asked to track. Selling the last one is allowed — refusing a paying customer at the counter because a number says zero is worse than a count to fix — but you are told.

In the drawer

Cash counted as tendered less change, less any cash refunds paid out today. Card refunds never touch the drawer, so the number on screen is the number in the till.
Refunds are counted on the day they were paid out, not the day of the original sale — putting them back on the sale’s date is how a drawer ends up short against a figure that claims to balance. Card refunds never touch the cash. Every refund is an itemised line, not a number that quietly moved.
More on Point of SaleOne link, carrying your details, your hours and everything in your catalogue. Put it in a bio, on a QR code, or in a shop window. Customers browse and order; the order arrives on your desk with the customer already saved as a contact.

Orders, not just a shopping cart
An order is a promise: somebody has asked for something and gone away, and you still have to make it, pack it and hand it over. So it arrives as a queue with one button that moves it along, and the customer is told when it is ready.
Your catalogue, already there
The same items the till and your invoices use. Sold out is worked out from the stock you already keep. Anything internal can be left off the public page in a tick.
Card payments straight to you
With a card gateway connected, customers are taken to pay when they order. Without it the store still works — the order comes through and is settled on collection, which is what most counters do anyway.
Collection, delivery or both
With a delivery charge, a minimum order, tax, and a message for when you are closed. The page stays up and explains rather than vanishing.
Accept, prepare, ready, handed over. Stock moves when the goods actually leave, and cancelling puts it back — once, however many times someone clicks. The customer gets an email the moment you mark it ready.

Seven short steps that ask what your business is, what it sells and who it sells to — then set the app up around the answers. Every answer is saved as you give it, so closing the tab three steps in costs you nothing.
Bring your clients across
However you keep them now — a spreadsheet, another CRM, or two years of notes — there is a way in here.

Notes, signatures, invoices
It speaks your trade
Pick what you do and the app follows. Contacts become guests, patients or fans. The pipeline becomes your bookings. The dashboard shows the numbers your kind of business actually watches.
A starter kit for your business
Turn on a catalogue, a contract template and booking hours built for your trade — offered and unticked, with the exact list shown first. Nothing appears you did not agree to.
Saved as you go
Every answer is kept the moment you give it. Close the tab three steps in and you pick up exactly where you left off — no lost work, no starting over.
Your data is yours
Export everything — contacts, invoices with their payment schedules, the lot — in one file, anytime. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
Switching systems is where most CRMs lose you — a wall of columns, a silent import, and a mess to clean up. BizSimple’s migration tool takes a CSV from whatever you were on and moves it in properly, one record type at a time, showing you exactly what will happen first.
Which column is which?
I have had a guess from your headers. Change anything I got wrong.
412 of 418 rows will come in
Eight kinds of record, not just names
Contacts, companies, your price book, pipeline, invoices, estimates, appointments and tasks — each mapped from a file your old system exported. Or paste anything at all — notes, an email signature, an old invoice — and let AI pick the people out of it.
AI matches the columns you can't
Odd headers from another CRM? Let AI read your columns and their values and map them to the right fields. Or download a ready-made template and start clean. Either way, the guess is shown for you to correct — never applied silently.
A preview before anything is written
Every import runs a dry-run first — the exact counts, a sample of the mapped rows, and any bad rows flagged with the reason — before a single record is created.
Never clobbers what's there — and undo in one click
Duplicates are merged, not doubled, matched on email, name, SKU or invoice number. Changed your mind? Every import is logged and rolls back in one click, removing exactly what it added.
Your columns, whatever they're called
“E-mail”, “Primary Email”, “Bill To”, “Line Total” — they all land in the right place. No headers at all? The columns are judged on what's in them.
From any system
HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, a spreadsheet — if it exports a CSV, it comes in.
Right where you work
It lives in Settings → Data, next to a one-click export of everything. Import, review, and undo without leaving the app.
Add-ons are part of BizSimple and free. Connections are links out to things you already use, and they live in the same place so the question — what else can this do? — only has to be asked once.
Legacy CRMs sell you everything and let you figure out the rest. BizSimple gives you the core, then gets out of the way.
You see only what your business needs. Everything else stays out of the way until you ask for it.
No forced modules, no upsell maze. Turn integrations on when they help and off when they do not.
Pick your business type and the whole app relabels itself to the words you actually use.
Your data is yours. Export anytime. No lock-in, no hostage-taking, no surprises.
Every plan includes the full core. Pick monthly for flexibility or yearly to save two months.

Yes. You pick your business type during setup and the whole app relabels itself, from a restaurant's guests and bookings to a creator's contacts and collabs. The core stays the same; the words fit you.
No. Everyone gets the same lean core - contacts, pipeline, invoices. Everything else, from payments to calendars to accounting, is an add-on you switch on only when it helps and off when it does not.
You can import contacts from a spreadsheet, and connectors like Gmail and your storefront can pull people in automatically. Nothing you add is trapped: you can export everything at any time.
Send a clean invoice with line items, tax, and deposits, and share a secure pay link. Take cards through the platform's gateway (NMI), Authorize.Net, Square, PayPal, or your own merchant provider — until one is connected, invoices still track what is owed and what is settled. Estimates convert to invoices, and recurring plans bill monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Yes. Finish the job and text a secure pay link from your phone — the customer pays in a tap and the balance updates the moment it clears. Accounts on terms (say a property manager or a builder) get a statement of everything they owe across all their properties.
A practice or group with several offices books per location, each with its own address and hours, and the customer picks where they're coming. Households stay together too: link siblings and their guardian under one family, so you reach the right adult and bill the right account.
Your data belongs to you. There is no lock-in and no hostage-taking. You can export your full workspace whenever you like, and we keep only what is needed to run your account.
Plans start at $49/month for the full core, and every plan includes contacts, pipeline, and invoices. Step up to Pro for automations, marketing and the AI Assistant, or Team for the AI Receptionist, dispatch and extra seats. Choose monthly billing for flexibility, or pay yearly and get two months free. Pricing is flat and predictable, with no per-module surprises.
Still curious? Get started and see for yourself.
Pick your business, get the core, and grow into the rest whenever you are ready.
