Privacy Policy

We store what you put into BizSimple so that BizSimple can work. We never sell it. We never use it to train AI models. You can delete it whenever you like, and once your account is closed we do not keep it.

That is the whole policy. The rest is detail, because detail is what makes a promise checkable.

Where you use BizSimple to hold information about your own customers, you decide what to collect and why. We hold it on your behalf and act on your instructions.

Three kinds of thing, and nothing else:

We use it to run BizSimple for you: to show you your own records, to send the emails you ask us to send, to take payment for your subscription, and to keep the service secure.

We may use aggregated figures that identify nobody — how many workspaces exist, which features are used — to decide what to build next.

We do not use your business records for advertising. We do not build a profile of you. We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the app.

We will not sell your data, or your customers' data, to anyone, for any amount, ever.

We will not use the contents of your workspace to train artificial-intelligence models.

We will not share your data with anyone except the service providers listed below, and then only what they need to do their job — or where the law genuinely obliges us to.

Running an online service means using other companies. Each of these sees only what it needs to:

Individual records can be deleted from within the app at any time, and they are gone from the live database when you do it.

Closing your account deletes your workspace and everything in it. It is removed from our live systems immediately, and from encrypted backups as those backups expire on their ordinary rotation. We do not retain a separate copy.

We may keep a minimal record of a transaction — that an invoice was paid, and for how much — where tax or accounting law requires it. That record contains no more than the law asks for.

You can export your data from Settings at any time, in a standard format, without asking us.

If you would rather we did it, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, write to privacy@impartialaitech.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We honour those rights regardless of where you live, because drawing a line on a map through the same promise seemed wrong.

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read back, by us or by anyone else. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly and plainly, and tell you what we are doing about it.

BizSimple sets a cookie to keep you signed in, and another to remember whether you prefer light or dark. That is all. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts in the app.

BizSimple is a tool for businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age at which they could enter a contract where they live.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Every version is dated, and the one you accepted is recorded against your account.
